    Online Store/Payment

    We currently accept online order payment via PayPal. Information privacy is secure via applicable policy.

    Returns/Exchanges

    Products purchased directly from a dealer, must be returned to the dealer only.

    Products ordered directly from Hydra Fishing, LLC may be returned to us for replacement or refund. Please follow the steps as listed to expedite your return:

    • Rod returns must be made within 7 days of receipt. We offer free returns on all non-custom rod purchases.
    • Returns must be made within 30 days of the invoice date.
    • You must contact us for a Return Authorization (RA). No returns will be accepted without return authorization.
    • RAs are valid for 10 business days. Returns must be received within 10 days of obtaining the RA. You are responsible for shipping costs of all returns.
    • Returns should be sent via courier that issues a tracking number.
    • Allow 2-4 weeks for refunds to be processed and credited.
    • All items must be in “as-new” condition which includes original packaging, all warranty cards, manuals, and accessories. Any discrepancies could result in a delay or partial forfeiture of your refund.
    • There will be a 10% re-packaging fee for products not returned in the original manufacturer packaging. This will be deducted from the total refund.
    • Custom rods may not be returned. 
    • Exchanges may incur an additional $25 shipping charge.

    Order Processing

    Orders are processed within 2 days for in stock products unless otherwise noted. Backordered, out of stock, and custom items will receive estimated ship dates upon order.

    Shipping

    Estimated delivery is 3 to 7 days after order processing. We use either UPS Ground, USPS Priority or First Class Mail for all shipping. Special shipping needs should be arranged prior to purchase.

    Please keep in mind that we do not ship on weekends. We do not offer Saturday or Sunday delivery.

    Governing law

    These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of the State of South Carolina and you hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of South Carolina courts.
