    I damaged the tip of my Zolo Dragger and need it for an upcoming trip I’m taking next week. Jennifer in customer service made sure I had the guide UPS’d to me before the weekend so it would arrive next Tuesday. We’re talking a $3 replacement part and she treated the situation like she was rushing a new Enox to me. Thanks for going above and beyond!
