A Co-Angler 3 Rod Bundle - Sean Hawley
As a co-angler you’re limited to what you can take with you on tournament day. This year I had three ALX Rods that really stuck out as helping me to a Top 10 finish in the points on the Northern Division of the Major League Fishing Toyota Series.
(*starting top to bottom)
First is the IKOS Shake 7. This is a great spinning rod that can be used for any finesse technique. For me it’s my go to drop shot rod. The first 2 events of the year is where this rod really shined. It helped me cash a check on Lake Champlain and put numerous smallmouth in the boat on the St. Lawrence River!
Second is the ZOLO Toadface. This is probably one of the top selling models for ALX Rods. It’s great for jigs and Texas rigs which is primarily the use it got on Lake Champlain and the Potomac River. However, my favorite use for it is for throwing Rat-L-Traps, and that’s the exact thing I used it for in the Championship on Pickwick (which caught my biggest bass of the tournament season 😉)
Finally is a rod that they just can’t seem to keep in stock - and for good reason! ALX released the ZOLO Rumble almost a year ago and it’s one of the best chatterbait rods out there! This rod really helped me put important fish in the boat in my last 2 events of the season. On a tough Potomac River and a stingy Pickwick I kept that rod locked in my hand because it’s what I have the most confidence in. Confidence is key when it comes to tough fishing and when the bite is tough you shouldn’t have to worry about your equipment malfunctioning.
If you were thinking about trying ALX Rods now is the best time! Right now you can put all 3 of these rods in your cart and save 15% on your whole order with the annual Bundle Event!!
