The SureSet Program is for the original purchaser and is not transferrable. Any rod purchased under the SureSet program is not eligible for future replacement in the program.
Replacement cost for stocked, production-model rods is 50% of the listed retail price on alxrods.com (effective July 1, 2022).
Replacement cost for Custom Shop Builds is 40% of the listed price, excluding the Custom Build Fee.
Rods with damaged rod guides, including missing inserts are not eligible for SureSet Replacement. These are repairable and we are happy to help you get your rod repaired. Parts are sold on the website as well.
Discontinued rod series or models (BOKU, EXPERT, VYRO, etc) are not eligible for the SureSet Replacement Program (effective July 1, 2022). Please contact us for options.
Shipping cost for SureSet Replacement Orders is $30 in the US. Local pickup is available at no cost. SureSet orders may be combined with other purchases to qualify for free or promotional shipping rates (effective July 1, 2022).
