Nice rod

I just got a smoker and it is impressive, worked great for flipping a creature bait into the bushes. Strong enough to get them out of thick cover but nice and light to fish with all day. I will be buying more ALX rods in the future!

Smoker!!

This is my third smoker, one for heavier swimbaits, one for frogs on mats and this one I use to drag a wobblehead jig… this rod handles all three of those techniques with out issues.. I can cast that wobble head a 1/2 mile and feel everything on the way back to the boat. long sweeping hooksets are no problem. Buy this rod you can’t go wrong. Pull them away from thick cover with no worries.

Frog Rod Extraordinaire

I bought this rod to give it a try for frog fishing and it has absolutely blown away my expectations. It is lightweight yet has a strong backbone and a fast tip to still be able to cast a mile but rip those fish out of the thickest of cover. My hookup ratio with this rod has also gone through the roof with frogs. As stated in the description, "Secret tip: awesome heavy cover frog rod" but it should not be such a secret... Tell the world!

My first ALX rod

I don't know squat about fishing but enjoy quality tools for everything I do! This is my first ALX rod and it is light weight and seems to be plenty strong! I just wish it would have helped me catch a fish! Can't fix the fish problem, but I will purchase another ALX rod next time I have a vacancy in my collection! Thank you so much!
