A must for 1 piece rods

These sleeves are excellent protection for 1 piece rods, especially the longer ones. Even trying to be careful, maneuvering a long rod is tricky. These sleeves self adjust easily over guides and have a hard tip. I recently raised a rod into the path of a ceiling fan and it bounced off, no harm done. A tiny investment vs the cost of a good rod.
